Coming off a promising home win last weekend, Timbers fans may have hoped that it could carry over to a road match in Colorado. And with the 3-0 loss, the Timbers have now been shut out four straight times on the road, having not scored since April 14 in Los Angeles against the Galaxy.
Diego Chara received a yellow card in the second half, and with yellow card accumulation, will miss the next home match on Tuesday night against San Jose.
