The Portland Timbers will travel to face the Los Angeles Football Club in the third round of the 2022 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. This will be the third time the Timbers play LAFC in the USOC, and the third time that game will be at LAFC’s stadium. The Timbers and LAFC have split their previous USOC matches there, with the Timbers winning by a 1-0 score in 2019, and losing to LAFC by a 3-2 score in 2018.
The match will be played on May 10 at 7:30 pm.
