Major League Soccer has announced the 2023 schedules. All of the schedules can be seen here
The Portland Timbers will open the 2023 schedule on Saturday, February 25 at home against Sporting Kansas City. The Timbers will be alternating between home and road matches early in the season, but also end up with 8 of their last 12 at home. The season ends October 21 with a Decision Day match against the Houston Dynamo.
The Timbers will face both Vancouver and Seattle three times each this year for the Cascadia Cup, which the Timbers won in 2022. They will face Vancouver twice at home, while they will host Seattle only once (on April 15).
