The Portland Timbers officially introduced Phil Neville as their new head coach on Tuesday.
Neville most recently coached in MLS from 2021 to midway through 2023 at Inter Miami. He also has experience coaching the England Women’s National Team, and as an assistant for the Canadian Men’s National Team. Of course most people know him from his 19 years playing in the English Premier League for Manchester United and Everton. He also has 59 appearances for the English National Team.
Neville is signed to a contract through the 2026 season.
