The Timbers U-23 Premier Development League team, coming off their 2010 Championship and perfect season, were a very different squad for their 2011 debut, and the result would show it as the U-23s lost for the first time since 2009, a 1-0 loss to the Victoria Highlanders on Saturday afternoon at JELD-WEN Field.
